I really enjoyed your very informative website. It was very interesting and I learned about some things I never knew before. I chose you to do a report on in my Humanities class. I wanted to learn about art done by an African-American sculptor who lived right here in my very own hometown. The pictures of your sculptings were excellent. Hope all is great with you. Keep up the good work.

I spoken with a gentleman and owner of the Cathedral Heritage Foundation, he said he's good freinds with you... Call on him and ask about my works, I do reseach on the Buffalo Soldiers and in a Lint Art fashion.. I love your work. Sorry I was not able to visit.. Too much promoting obligations on my behalf...But I did see your things here in Lexington,ky.,down at the Urban Center in the Mayor' Building, and I heard that you were Gary Bibbs guest. I too was at the Roots and Heritage.. with the Towns Tourist Commission selling my black Arts calendars. I met with your Urban Towns Commission; Mr. Darryl Owens & guest he's seen my work. Louisville, I truly enjoyed.. Artist like youself keep the struggle of our people's hope and dreams alive.... Is it possible that you might do a piece that shows why some of our people in the Cherokee and Chikua tribes.,as they went through the trail of tears..I got some information on the subject if you're interested. Also have you ever met with a gentleman by the name of Jerry Gore located out of Maysville,Ky.? He was shown on Ket with Dr.Blaine Hudson of U.of L. on the passage of the Underground Railroad.. Mr.Gore and I did an afternoon T.V.program called The Afternoon Special with Bill Bryant and Barbara Bailey as hosts/hostes.. Thanks Listening, check with the Cathedral Heritage Foundation about me....

Hello Mr. Hamilton, I came across your website when I was researching information on Black Americans during the Civil War. (men and women) I was very please with everything that was presented there. This year I doing the Civil War Years, and will touch on the Reconstruction Period. It is wonderful to know that you have a spiritual commitment that you have incorporated in your work. As a former student of yours during your time at Iroquois High School, I have always pointed to you as the person who influenced me to pursue my love of art and find a career in that love. Ed, It was a great feeling to see you again and we would like to express our gratitude for the tour of your studio and to see your new work on the Lenny Lyles statue for Cardinal Park at the University of Louisville. Your photos are fantastic but nothing creates the feeling that you receive when you see the actual scuptures in person. This holds true viewing the "Christ The Redeemer" scupture again. We hope that this work will someday be brought to fruition. You have a God given talent that is one of a kind.
